Your Impact
As an IT Solution Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive technology experience in the Houston office.
You will be part of the Global Office Technology team, working closely with local office teams and the broader Tech Ecosystem to deliver exceptional customer service and innovative technology solutions. This role will also involve collaborating with other parts of the firm, such as product teams, to enhance IT tools and services and ensure they meet the needs of colleagues.
In this role, you will ensure the functionality of office technology, such as meeting room infrastructure, to deliver a positive and efficient experience for colleagues. You will troubleshoot and resolve device and office technology issues by partnering with Tech Ecosystem teams to identify optimal solutions. Additionally, you will educate colleagues on innovative technology, driving the successful adoption of tools and services. By proactively engaging with colleagues, you will listen to their technology needs, provide just-in-time solutions, and document insights to inform future improvements.
You will also conduct technology orientations for new hires, ensuring they are equipped to use their devices effectively from their first day. Supporting office technology changes, you will act as a bridge to product teams to improve IT products and services, ensuring they are customer centric. You will assist with office technology implementations and contribute to local, regional, or global initiatives. In some cases, you may travel to other locations or events to deliver technology assistance and awareness programs.
This role is critical to the firm's ability to provide seamless and efficient technology experience for colleagues, enabling them to focus on delivering impact to clients. By ensuring the smooth operation of office technology and driving the adoption of innovative tools, you will directly contribute to fostering collaboration, productivity, and excellence across teams.

Your qualifications and skills
  • University/high school degree, or equivalent experience in IT
  • 2+ years of experience in IT Services, IT support or IT Business Analysis
  • Proficient tech skills MacOS, Windows, O365 packages and other collaboration and productivity platforms, such as Slack, ServiceNow and Zoom
  • Great problem-solving skills. Ability to break down and solve technical problems, involving others if necessary
  • Strong customer service orientation with a keen sense of urgency, capable of prioritizing customer needs and providing timely solutions
  • Relationship and network building, with the ability to work closely with global teams and internal clients
  • Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of day-to-day operations and team projects
  • Demonstrated knowledge or certification in Agile/ SCRUM is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and foster an inclusive environment

to remember that actual salaries may vary. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current
