About The Position The Superintendent, Electric Operations, is responsible for the overall operation of the Division's electric business. This includes leadership of supervisors and field co-workers, driving results with respect to oversight of safety programs, compliance with collective bargaining agreements and electric operating budget responsibilities. Key responsibilities include:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Ten or more years of relevant experience (e.g. planning, analysis, or design of electric distribution systems, vegetation management, electric construction/ maintenance, heavy industrial or military environment, Labor Relations) required. Four or more years of supervisory experience required. In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate: Knowledge of specific Ameren applications (e.g., OAS, DOJM) preferred. Basic knowledge of budgeting systems also preferred. Additional InformationAmeren's selection process includes a series of interviews and may include a leadership assessment process. Specific details will be provided to qualified candidates. Compensation Range: $131,900.00 - $204,400.00At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
