Job Title: Part Time Filing Clerk (Excel skills required) Location: Englewood, Colorado Employment Type: Part-Time \| Entry-Level About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented File Clerk to join our team. This position plays a critical role in preparing, scanning, and organizing loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities * Document Preparation: Remove staples, align pages, and prepare files for scanning. * Scanning & Indexing: Scan documents accurately and index images to the correct loan number using our imaging system. * Document Organization: Manage trailing documents, organize files in the required stacking order, and verify loan status (sold, liquidated) for proper handling. * Data Management: Utilize Excel to pull and populate data, create manifests, and coordinate with document custodians for shipment requirements. * Quality Assurance: Maintain accuracy and compliance throughout all processes while meeting time-sensitive deadlines. Required Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Minimum 1 year of clerical or office experience (mailroom, admin, file clerk, etc.). * Strong multitasking ability in a metric-driven environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required). * Typing speed of 35 WPM+ and accurate 10-key skills. * Attention to detail and ability to prioritize diverse workloads. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Englewood, CO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
