About the Role

Are you ready to take the reins on extraordinary events? As our Event Project Manager, you'll be the go-to guru for sourcing venues and connecting with clients to make their meetings unforgettable! With responsibilities ranging from contract negotiation to budget management, you'll transform ideas into reality while building strong relationships along the way. You're Good At

  • Crafting compelling venue proposals and negotiating deals like a pro.
  • Building and nurturing positive relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Keeping budgets on track and documentation flawless.
  • Providing exemplary consultation on event planning best practices.
  • Staying on top of industry trends and exciting new destinations.


You Might Also Have

  • A degree or equivalent experience in event management or a related field.
  • At least three years of hands-on experience planning corporate meetings and events.
  • A knack for client management and collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with Strategic Meetings Management (SMM) practices.
  • An innovative mindset that loves to think outside the box!

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25%

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Event Project Manager is between $60,000 - $75,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
