Responsibilities Arcfield's OPIR Subcontract Program Manager (PM) leads the Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) subcontract supporting the engineering, design, acquisition, development, transition, and operations of an overhead persistent InfraRed system of a large U. S. Government Enterprise. The PM serves as the primary corporate representative for all technical, contractual, financial and performance aspects of program execution. As a medium sized SETA subcontract providing support to a prime contractor, the PM performs both program management and systems engineering leadership roles simultaneously responsible for leading technical teams and ensuring program execution is monitored and controlled in partnership with the customer. The size and scope of this program provide candidates previously solely focused on technical project execution, an opportunity to transition to a meaningful and rewarding program management position with mentoring and support to extend their talents with new challenges. The position includes robust engagement with all aspects of Arcfield corporate support (finance, IT, talent acquisition, facilities, etc.). A candidate must have the ability to operate at a rapid pace with the proven ability to manage multiple, diverse, and often conflicting aspects of execution simultaneously.
