What to Expect
The Project Coordinator will be a key member of the Teamwear team, supporting day-to-day store operations and ensuring effective inventory and program management. This role is responsible for maintaining store coverage, completing daily/weekly/monthly inventory tasks, analyzing data to inform quarterly ordering, and collaborating with internal partners and external vendors to meet procurement needs.

What You'll Do
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, create purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery with accurate receiving records
  • Analyze inventory and usage data to support quarterly ordering, identify obsolete items, and improve inventory processes
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to support Teamwear needs and cross-functional events; maintain up-to-date SharePoint resources
  • Coordinate and delegate work across Teamwear programs, ensuring procedures are followed and operations run smoothly
  • Support multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, responding to urgent requests and assisting leaders as needed
  • Responsible for coordinating cross-functional projects (e.g., Tesla-versary, recognition prizes, swag programs, and FR garment distribution, special item distribution) to ensure timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are consistently met

What You'll Bring
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ability to analyze data to provide actionable insights
  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination/management or a similar operational role. Project management skills are a must
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with internal partners and external vendors
  • High attention to detail with ability to track, review, and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Experience managing vendors and inventory-related financial or cost considerations

    Expected Compensation
    $68,000 - $102,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
