As a premier mental health care provider with strong relationships throughout the medical and mental health community, we offer diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventative services through our Outpatient Clinics, Geriatric Division, Community-Based Division, and specialized DBT programs.

Your Clinical Experience Will Include:
- Conducting diagnostic assessments and developing treatment plans
- Providing individual therapy in community-based settings
- Optional experience with ARMHS and CTSS rehabilitation skills training
- Working with diverse populations across the Twin Cities metro area
- Developing documentation skills and best practice standards
- Building cultural competency through in-home and community-based care
What We're Looking For:
- Graduate students in counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy programs
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance (community-based travel required)
- Commitment to 10-15 billable hours per week (starting at 10, building to 15)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to receive feedback and make prompt changes
- Professional boundaries and self-awareness
- Dedication to timely, accurate clinical documentation

Our Community-Based Division brings mental health services directly to clients in their natural environments, creating accessible, client-centered care.
