Job Title: Loan Collections Officers Duration: Contract 12+ months Location: Richmond, VA 23220 Pay Rate: $25/hr. on W2 Health Insurance + 401k Only Work Schedule: M-F The 1st through 16th is 9:30am - 6pm and 17th through end of the month is 10:30am - 7pm... Also the last two weekends of the month they work 3pm - 7pm on that Wednesday because they work 9am - 1pm the last 2 Saturdays of the month. Role & Responsibilities: Collect payments on early stage accounts (1 and 2 months past due) through problem resolution. Make payment arrangements, take phone payments and setting up repayment plans. Also, responsible for offering and discussing Loss Mitigation and Loss Mitigation inbound calls. Knowledge/Skill Requirement: Collections or Customer Service experience, candidates must have a good working knowledge of FHA/Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/VA/USDA default servicing guidelines. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, and analytical skills along with experience using the MSP Servicing System.
