Job Title : Registered Nurse- Occupational Health Locations : Logansport, IN 46947 Duration : 14 weeks (Extendable) Shift schedules: 1st is 6:00 AM-2:00 PM- Monday-Thursday and Saturdays.-2nd is 7:00 AM-3:00 PM- Tuesday-Friday and Saturdays . Job Description: Provide nursing care for occupational and non-occupational conditions including emergency care/stabilization and minor first aid treatment. Perform post-offer health assessments for new hires. Nursing documentation. Maintain confidentiality of Team Members records. Other duties as assigned. Requirements : Current encumbered RN license in the state of practice. Preferred 2 years of occupational health nursing experience Required Documents: Active RN license Active BLS/CPR
