Program Coordinator, Nursing Systems, Part-Time

The Program Coordinator of Nursing Systems is responsible for oversight and leadership of assigned programs sponsored or owned by the nursing systems department, including but not limited to National League for Nursing, Magnet and Nurse Week Events. This position participates in development and support of programs key to nursing infrastructure and initiatives. The Program Coordinator of Nursing Systems is responsible for ongoing office operations and staff support functions.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manages and supports departmental and office functions (e.g., meeting scheduling and support, supplies, maintain calendars).
• Assists in development and support of nursing systems programs, functions and committees (e.g., nursing clinical advancement program, RN credentialing, system policy/procedure, and related portal administration).
• Manages and coordinates assigned nursing systems programs and their supporting committees and structures, including budgetary, goal and metrics responsibilities (e.g., system Patient Family Advisory Council structures and functions).

Required:

• One year in a healthcare environment and clinical support areas.
