The Physical Therapist is an integral part in improving and maintaining the well-being of our patients, providing patient focused, coordinated care within our healthcare organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Direct 1 on 1 patient care in a fast-paced outpatient physical therapy clinic including evaluation, assessment, and diagnosis of movement dysfunctions
  • Creating personalized plans of care to improve function for patients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic conditions, focusing on independence and quality of life
  • Collaboration: Working with a team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants as well as other healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, surgeons, etc.)

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
  • Certification in Physical Therapy
  • Current California state license
  • Demonstrated solid interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced culturally diverse clinical setting
  • Demonstrated consistent timely and accurate clinical documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Clinical experience in managed care setting (or comparable environment)
  • Diverse background of continuing education and clinical experiences

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
