Requisition ID: 76809 Job Description: Fixed Assets Accountant The Fixed Assets Accountant will be responsible for performing various Fixed Assets processes and procedures, including but not limited to capital project tracking, asset capitalization, and physical inventory. Note: This is a temporary/contract position working through a staffing agency. The person selected in this role will not work directly for Skyworks but will be payrolled through a staffing agency Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Tracking of capital projects with monthly status updates from domestic and international project managers Complete asset capitalization process including asset shell creation and assignment to internal orders and validation of amounts to be capitalized Depreciation validation to ensure material increases or decreases are identified and reviewed Annual physical inventory review, including identifying assets to be inventoried and asset owners to physically validate the assets Monthly account reconciliation for various domestic and international entities Expense review to identify purchases that should be accounted for as capital assets Quarterly reports and documentation for audit and tax purposes Daily requisition review and internal order creation Ad-hoc reclass journal entries and reports Required Experience and Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience Skyworks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
