What to Expect The Failure Analysis Team's mission is todetermineroot cause and contributing factors to improve Tesla's products in collaboration with a large cross-section of other engineering teams. Engineers and Technicians on the team who you will be supporting withare responsible fora wide variety of Vehicle and Energy systems including the existing fleet and new products under development. This is a medium-visibility, individual contributor role that requires hands-on failureanalysis oflab consumables, tools, and some support with lab equipment.
