As a Software Business Analyst supporting our Order Management (HubX) system, you will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical execution. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements that drive the design and enhancement of our order management capabilities. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Business Operations to ensure that system functionality aligns with business goals and supports seamless order-to-cash processes.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in translating complex workflows into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications. This position also plays a key role in building guided training materials and onboarding content to help users understand new functionality and system updates. Your work will shape both the product and the end-user experience across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to gather, analyze, and prioritize system requirements.
- Document functional specifications, process flows, and user stories that guide development and testing.
- Work closely with engineering and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Conduct gap analyses and propose process improvements to enhance system efficiency and data accuracy.
- Support UAT planning, test case creation, and validation of system functionality before release.
- Maintain detailed documentation including requirement traceability, version control, and change management.
- Develop guided training materials, walkthroughs, and knowledge base content to help users navigate new system functionality.
- Collaborate with Product and Training teams to ensure new features are well-documented and easily adoptable.
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to roadmap discussions and feature prioritization based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing within the Product and Order Management teams.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software, order management, or ERP-related projects.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and SAP integration (SD/MM preferred).
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to create effective training and user enablement materials.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, prioritization, and follow-through.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for improving business processes through technology and user empowerment.

- May occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
- Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
