Position Title: Production
Wage: $15.25 per hour Shift: 1st, 2nd Hours: 6:30am-5:00pm (Mon-Thurs); 5:00pm-3:30am (Mon-Thurs) With over 15 years of industry experience, this organization offers a dynamic environment driven by innovation, advanced technology, and a commitment to precision and efficiency. This is a 1st and 2nd shift Production position located in West Burlington, IA with the opportunity for hire. Production Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Place balsa panels onto machinery for processing. - Inspect panels after cutting and sand as necessary to meet quality standards. - Work at various workstations as production needs require. - Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment. - Use jigs to cut products to specified dimensions as needed. Production Requirements: - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively throughout the shift. - Ability to stand in one spot for a full 10-hour shift. - Ability to work in a hot environment. - Ability to work in a dusty environment. - Ability to work collaboratively with others. - Basic skills in CNC operation. - Ability to communicate effectively-both verbally and in writing-with coworkers and supervisors. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment. burlington@qpsemployment.com IND101 About us: QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
