Forklift Operator

Staffmark is hiring an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team in Manor, TX!

If you're safety-focused, dependable, and skilled in operating forklifts or cherry pickers, this is a great opportunity to advance your career in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay: $20.00-$21.50 per hour (depending on shift)

Shift Details:

• Multiple shifts available with start times between 9:00 AM and 12:00 AM 24/7 facility - work 4 days each week, including either Saturday or Sunday
• 10-12+ hour shifts per day

Responsibilities:

• Operate Crown stand-up electric forklifts and cherry pickers to move, stack, and retrieve products.
• Pick and pull chips and snack products based on order lists or inventory needs.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Stage and sequence items for organized loading and delivery.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety protocols.
• Conduct pre-operation equipment checks and report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and general warehouse support.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and accuracy goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience operating Crown stand-up forklifts and cherry pickers required.
• Forklift and cherry picker certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform warehouse tasks (standing, walking, bending, etc.).
• Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
