Position Summary The Rental Laborer is an entrylevel position based out of the rental store and is responsible for maintaining clean and orderly grounds, facilities, and Thompson's equipment rented to customers. This role supports daily rental operations by ensuring equipment and work areas are properly maintained and ready for use. The Laborer must be able to work independently under close supervision and perform duties in all weather conditions. The position requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including cleaning rental equipment, removing mud and debris, and maintaining the wash pad area. Basic knowledge of equipment operation is required, including lift trucks, aerial equipment, onhighway trucks, and offhighway trucks. The Laborer is expected to demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to efficient work practices. Compensation advancement is based on skill development and job performance. Essential Responsibilities & Expectations

Safety Summary Working Conditions
Work is typically performed at the Rental Store, including inside the Service Department shop and outdoor yard areas. This position involves exposure to physical risk and varying weather conditions. Extended periods of standing and walking on hard surfaces may be required.
