About the Role We are seeking a Tech 3, Bakery-Maintenance to join our team at our Swedesboro bakery. As a Tech 3, you will be accountable for maintaining all plant and production electrical and control systems, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and network sub-systems. You will also train and coordinate Electro-Mechanics across shifts and assist in troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis to ensure production schedules are met. Shift & Schedule Shift: 2nd Hours: 2:00pm - 10:30pm Weekend availability: [Required] Compensation Hourly Rate: $36-$37 Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing) Maintain documentation of all electrical and control systems, including hardware and software. Assist Electro-Mechanics in troubleshooting and repairing electrical or control-related failures. Train and coordinate activities of Electro-Mechanics across shifts. Perform preventive, scheduled, and corrective repairs on production equipment and control systems. Maintain plant secondary systems (steam, water, air, refrigeration, HVAC, emissions control). Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, quality control, and government regulations. Complete work records and documentation in accordance with company standards. Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table) Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control system documentation. Working knowledge of control system projects and programming (A/B Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi). Strong math and reasoning skills; ability to interpret graphs and diagrams. Ability to read and interpret work orders, manuals, and maintenance instructions. Effective oral communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success) Knowledge of Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi software and preventive maintenance systems. AS/AAS degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience. Background in machine and electrical control system installation. Experience with troubleshooting complex control systems.
