Auto Press - Press Operator

Job Description:

- Operate straight-side and gap frame presses up to 400 Ton
- Load coil material into various coil feeding equipment - cradles, reels, etc.
- Inspect product to specification per supplied Inspection Instruction Sheets, read calipers, micrometers, dial indicators and other supplied gages
- Lifting and positioning of coils into feed equipment, lifting of containers of product

Job Requirements:

1. Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures
2. Ability to follow verbal instructions
3. Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Positive attitude
5. Strong ability to work well with others
6. Clean and orderly
7. Mechanically inclined with standard hand tools
8. Good attendance
9. Some working knowledge of presses and coil feeding equipment a plus, but not required.

Notes:

The openings are for 1st shift: Hours are from 7:00 - 3:30 pm. Saturday work may be required from time to time.
