Job Title: CNC Lathe Operator Location: Camarillo, CA 93012 Shift Timing: 2nd shift opening: 1:45pm - 11:15pm (Mon-Fri) Rate Range: $26- $39/hr. on w2 with full benefits Prescreened questions: How many years of experience do you have setting up and operating CNC lathes? Do you have experience working with MAZAK controls and/or Y-axis machining? If yes, please briefly describe. Are you comfortable reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to inspect parts? Job Description: We are looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Setup & Operator to join our team. Candidates should have hands-on experience setting up and running CNC lathes. MAZAK control and Y-axis experience is a strong plus. Role & Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathes on semi-complex parts Read blueprints and follow work instructions Adjust tooling, feeds, and speeds Inspect parts using precision measuring tools Support lean and continuous improvement efforts Requirements: 3+ years machining experience. CNC lathe setup experience. Blueprint reading and shop math skills.
