Job Description

What is the opportunity?

Lead alternative data and fundamental data practice within QTS - CBDDT. Directs and leads the operation and delivery of machine learning programs and projects. Manages activities through senior managers and managers and implements corporate and divisional strategic plans and budgets

What will you do?

  • Lead Architecture , Engineering and delivery of the data practice including data ingestion, data analytics and data monetization of alternative data.

  • Lead a team of data scientists to leverage best in class Data and analytics techniques to embed alternative data in Research , Banking and Global Markets use cases.

  • Develop best in class alternative data products partnering with Fortune 500 companies to offer differentiated data to Institutional and corporate clients.

  • Design and develop frameworks for back testing and signal generation from alternative data.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Deep experience in a diverse wide set of alternative data usage in Capital Markets.

  • Experience building data platforms and data pipelines for alternative data ingestion, transformation and delivery

  • Experience with ML engineering and operations related to structured and unstructured data

  • Financial domain expertise and experience working with Quants , Research Analysts and Bankers

  • Understanding and experience with signal generation, back testing etc.

The Expected Salary Range For The Above Position Is $210,000 - $275,000 Depending On Factors Including But Not Limited To The Candidate's Experience, Skills, Registration Status; Market Conditions; And Business Needs.This Salary Range Does Not Include Other Elements Of Total Compensation, Including A Discretionary Bonus And Benefits Such As A 401(K) Program With Company-Matching Contributions; Health, Dental, Vision, Life And Disability Insurance; And Paid Time-Off Plan.
