Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Leadership:

    • Develop and execute global sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for MRO services.

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including OEM partnerships, operator contracts, and fleet management programs.

    • Lead a global sales team to drive customer acquisition, retention, and contract renewals.

    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales approaches.

    • Negotiate high-value contracts and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

  2. Marketing Strategy:

    • Oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to promote MRO services (engines, APUs, airframe inspections, avionics, paint/interior).

    • Enhance brand positioning and awareness in the business aviation sector through targeted marketing initiatives.

    • Leverage digital marketing, trade shows, industry events, and thought leadership to generate leads and strengthen market presence.

    • Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling service value propositions and marketing collateral.

  3. Customer Experience Excellence:

    • Design and implement customer experience programs to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty among clients, including aircraft operators, owners, and management companies.

    • Oversee customer support teams to address inquiries, service issues, and maintenance scheduling efficiently.

    • Develop feedback mechanisms to capture customer insights and drive continuous service improvements.

    • Ensure seamless communication and coordination between sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver a unified customer journey.

  4. Strategic Planning & Collaboration:

    • Partner with the C-suite to align sales, marketing, and customer experience strategies with company objectives.

    • Work closely with operations and engineering teams to ensure service delivery meets customer expectations and industry standards.

    • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for sales and marketing initiatives.

    • Represent the company in industry associations, conferences, and client meetings to build relationships and credibility.

  5. Team Leadership & Development:

    • Recruit, mentor, and manage a global team of sales, marketing, and customer experience professionals.

    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.

    • Set performance metrics, conduct regular evaluations, and provide training to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer experience leadership roles, with at least 5 years in the aviation or MRO industry.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building customer-centric strategies in a global context.

  • Deep understanding of business aviation MRO services, including engines, APUs, airframe inspections, avionics, and paint/interior solutions.

  • Strong network of industry contacts, including OEMs, aircraft operators, and maintenance providers.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and technical service requirements.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing analytics tools, and financial forecasting.

  • Willingness to travel globally as needed.
