Position: Project Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

Establish project frameworks for engineering and design, ensuring cross-discipline coordination and supervision for project execution and deliverables. Accountable for the safe, sustainable, high-quality, cost-effective, and timely delivery of engineering work. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and contractors. Support business development through strategic alliances, networking, and proposal development. Communicate resource needs, address team coverage, mentor team members, and participate in performance reviews. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications, while driving innovative solutions and technical excellence. Monitor quality, manage scope, and resolve interdiscipline, vendor, or customer issues. Facilitate engineering studies, documentation, and final approvals. Support project phases including construction, commissioning, and turnover.

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in engineering.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 180 months (15 years) of progressive piping, process, electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, civil, or structural engineering experience; including 60 months (5 years) of experience in project leadership as Project or Discipline Leader responsible for cross-discipline work, interfaces, and sequencing, project setup, instituting work processes, monitoring a team, execution, and closeout, estimating project costs and writing proposal content, and budgeting and cost control.

Offered Wage: $218, 442 to $240, 698 per year.
