Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to daily production, packaging, and bagging schedules while maintaining adequate packaging material inventory (cartons, bags, inserters, liners) Set up and adjust case erector measurements and bag inserter programming according to product specifications; change case sizes as required Monitor and verify bag sealing temperatures, box strength, and overall packaging quality; complete regular verification checks Operate packaging equipment including feeding cases and removing from discharge conveyor; communicate maintenance concerns to appropriate teams Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with quality assurance, GMPs, safety protocols, and government regulations Utilize Aspire AOE training with Centerline and CIL daily management systems Participate in root cause analysis, daily area walks, and continuous improvement initiatives while training others on standard work procedures Additional duties as assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Two years of related manufacturing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of experience and training. Ability to read and interpret documents such as production schedules, safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to complete routine reports Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software. Ability to learn new computer software as required by the company Shift: 2nd Hourly Rate: $20-$21.25 Aspire Bakeries LLC values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. The final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, shift, education, skill, and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed In this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
