Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Mortgage Closer to support our Closing function across multiple channels. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the timely and accurate closing of mortgage loans while maintaining efficient workflows and delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities * Prepare closing documents, including balancing Initial and Final Closing Disclosures * Ensure accuracy and compliance while maintaining a high standard of customer service * Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and third-party partners * Respond to routine inquiries via phone, email, and chat * Manage daily work queues and escalate issues as needed * Perform additional duties as assigned * Uphold company values and contribute to a positive team culture Qualifications * Associate's degree or equivalent work experience * Mortgage industry experience required; closing experience preferred * Familiarity with investor requirements, TRID regulations, and compliance standards * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management * Passion for helping customers achieve their financial and homeownership goals Skills & Competencies * Customer service * Data entry and administrative support * Loan closing and funding * Mortgage operations and compliance * Encompass or similar LOS experience * Title experience is a plus Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moorpark, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
