Your Compensation:

Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $79,934 - $99,918 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $79,934 - $119,902.

What You'll Do:

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between business units to define data requirements, reporting needs, and ensure report validation.
• Engage with business customers to gather requirements and deliver comprehensive data acquisition solutions.
• Support the setup and maintenance of data warehouses, master data validation, and the creation of critical metrics and dashboards.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a financial or business analytic/data engineering position required.
• Knowledge of data mining, report building, data modeling, data validation, ETL methodologies (including API data acquisition), SQL and SQL management, SSIS and stored procedures, and programming technologies (SQL, PowerShell, Python, etc.) required. Equivalent combination of work experience and related education may be considered.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

In addition:

• Must be bondable.
• Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.

Our Hours:

A primarily remote schedule Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM with the occasional need to come to Tacoma.

This position works 40+ hours per week as business needs dictate.

This position is eligible for full-time remote work.
