Job Description

The ENT Reporting and Delivery Senior Consultant II ensures accuracy, completeness and consistency of results on financial reports. This role also utilizes data, technology, relationships and team members to perform appropriate validation of reports, recommend consolidation or elimination of reports with duplicate data and identify improvements in execution.

About the Role

As a Reporting & Delivery Senior Consultant II, you'll play a critical role in shaping the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial reporting across the enterprise. You'll leverage your accounting and audit expertise to design and implement robust processes and governance frameworks that align data, technology, and people-accelerating transformation and driving business impact.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Process Design: Create standardized processes for report building, quality reviews, and operational implementation.
  • Ensure Governance: Conduct post-implementation reviews to validate controls, content, and stability.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve accuracy, timeliness, and mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate & Consult: Partner with stakeholders to align reporting practices with governance standards and best practices.
  • Build Relationships: Inspire trust through strategic, diplomatic communication and effective stakeholder management.
  • Own Delivery: Work independently to manage expectations, resolve issues, and act as a liaison for client feedback.

What You Bring

  • Solid understanding of accounting and audit principles.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, FDW, and Excel, with adaptability to new tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence-able to influence and lead without formal authority.

Preferred Experience

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Background in Big 4 public accounting is a plus.

Compensation

The compensation offered for this role is $95,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
