The Administrative Specialist II role is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the Undergraduate Medical Education division, supporting medical students across the MaineHealth system. This role works closely with management staff on daily operations, scheduling, and projects. Key responsibilities include coordinating and processing invoices and other financial documents; supporting on-site student programming including live events, curriculum activities, catering, and office administration, and assigned tasks or special projects based on academic year.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: Three years of experience in an administrative support role required.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
