Description

What We're Looking For:

We're hiring a Senior Manager, Digital Campaigns & Automation to own and scale our full inbound automation engine - from intent-based targeting through to automated engagement and pipeline generation using AI-powered experiences.

This role is responsible for how we identify high-intent buyers, how we engage them with targeted outreach automatically, and how we optimize conversion once they interact with us. You'll focus first on AMER as our master market, then scale globally, partnering closely with RevOps, Brand Marketing, and Regional Field Marketing teams.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who deeply understands modern B2B buyer behavior and knows how to turn intent signals, automation, and AI-driven experiences into predictable pipeline growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Intent Strategy & Activation Framework

    • Own and evolve the global marketing intent model in partnership with RevOps.

    • Define how intent signals from platforms like 6sense, G2, Clay, and web behavior are activated across paid media, email, web, and automation.

    • Build clear activation playbooks, standards, and governance - using AMER as the testing ground for global scale.

    • Ensure intent-driven routing and automation align with sales workflows and pipeline goals.

  • AI-Enabled Automation (Chat and Email)

    • Support the implementation and optimization of our AI SDR chatbot experiences on the website and AI-agent email sequences for inbound engagement and follow-up

    • Design automation flows that nurture the full buying committee, not just hand-raisers.

    • Define targeting logic, sequencing rules, experimentation frameworks, and performance dashboards for AI-driven engagement.

    • Continuously test, optimize, and scale high-performing automation programs globally.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

    • Manage our CRO strategy across key inbound journeys, including landing pages, forms, chat experiences, and post-conversion flows.

    • Run ongoing A/B tests and experimentation to improve MQL SQL conversion and speed-to-meeting.

    • Use insights from automation and AI interactions to inform website optimization and personalization.

  • Global Top-of-Funnel Orchestration

    • Partner with Brand Marketing to organize and activate global top-of-funnel initiatives.

    • Own the strategy for using data providers to acquire and activate new names.

    • Ensure ToFu programs feed directly into automated nurture and intent-based engagement paths.

    • Align ToFu investment with downstream pipeline impact, not just volume metrics.

  • Measurement & Scale

    • Define success metrics to demonstrate impact of automation, intent activation, CRO, and AI engagement

    • Document and scale repeatable programs globally with regional flexibility.

What You'll Bring:

  • 6-8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS digital marketing, growth, lifecycle, or automation-focused roles.

  • Hands-on experience with intent platforms (e.g., 6sense, G2, Clearbit, Clay) and activating signals across channels.

  • Strong background in marketing automation, lifecycle campaigns, CRO, and experimentation.

  • Ability to write and refine high-quality marketing content, including automated emails, chatbot scripts, landing-page copy, and in-funnel messaging that converts.

  • Analytical mindset with comfort owning complex systems and workflows end-to-end.

  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels in a fast-moving, global environment.

What We Offer:

  • Enjoy flexible paid time off that allows you to have an enhanced work-life balance.

  • Excellent medical, dental, and vision options

  • 401(k) matching, life insurance, commuter benefits, and parental leave plans

  • Complimentary CalmApp subscription for you and your loved ones, because mental wellness matters.

  • Energetic work environment with a hybrid work style, providing the balance you need.

  • Thrive within our inclusive community and seize ongoing professional development opportunities to elevate your career.

  • Base Salary of $112k - $149k USD per year + discretionary annual bonus subject to the terms of the applicable bonus plan. Total compensation range for this position: $112k - $171k USD per year.
