System Management and Operations *Oversee the development, enhancement, and day-to-day management of the Outage Management System to ensure optimal performance and functionality. *Work with Digital Team and operations teams to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and ensure 24x7 system availability. *Continuously evaluate OMS performance and identify opportunities for process improvements or automation to streamline outage management. *Lead the integration of OMS with other systems (e.g., SCADA, GIS, CIS, Web, GCP, etc.) for seamless information flow. Product Lifecycle and Roadmap Management *Develop and manage the product roadmap for the OMS, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business needs, customer impact, and technical feasibility. *Define product requirements and specifications in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring that the OMS meets operational goals and regulatory compliance standards. *Project Manage system upgrades, patching, and new feature rollouts. Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication *Act as the primary point of contact for all OMS-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, including field operations, customer service, engineering, and regulatory bodies. *Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective decision-making. *Engage with customers and utility partners to gather feedback on OMS performance and address any concerns or enhancement requests. Incident Management and Response *Ensure the OMS effectively supports system outage detection, restoration, and communication during system disruptions, with a focus on minimizing downtime and improving response times. *Monitor system health during critical storm events and provide real-time updates to leadership and customers. *Oversee the preparation of reports and dashboards that track outage performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. Support and Training *Coordinate with Operational Trainers to develop and maintain user training materials for the OMS, ensuring that all relevant teams (field operations, call center, dispatch, etc.) are well-equipped to use the system effectively. *Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting guidance to internal users and stakeholders. Team Leadership and Development: *Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of Technical professionals and engineers. *Provide guidance, coaching, and career development support to team members. *Conduct performance reviews, set clear goals, and monitor progress. *Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the IT and engineering teams.
