The Senior Creative Designer & Web Administrator plays a critical role in shaping EnerSys Motive Power's regional and global brand identity and digital footprint. This role blends creative direction, graphic design, and website administration to ensure cohesive, impactful, and high-quality communications across all channels. The role requires both artistic vision and technical expertise, guiding the creative strategy while maintaining an engaging, high-performing web presence that supports the company's goals and provides a seamless digital user journey across platforms. The role works closely across the Motive Power Global Marketing team, Sales & Service teams, IT, and external agencies to deliver high-impact creative work, digital expertise and platform enhancements that support business growth and customer experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Creative Design: Develop and execute visual assets for print, digital, and web platforms; maintain brand consistency.
Web Administration: Manage routine updates, monitor analytics and SEO, ensure usability and compliance.
Digital Marketing Support: Support planning and deployment of digital marketing campaigns across paid search, email, social media, and website channels and ensure creative assets are optimized for lead generation and SEO.
Collaboration: Work with global teams, IT, and external vendors to support execution of integrated digital campaigns, creative initiatives, and tradeshows/exhibits/sales conferences. Qualifications
