Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a Director, Publishing Services to help lead our Consortium team in our Minneapolis office. This person must be based in the Minneapolis area. Hybrid schedules will be offered. In this role, you will join Ingram Publisher Services (IPS) as a strategic leader shaping the future of publishing partnerships. As Director, Publishing Services, you will drive growth for the Consortium distribution brand, lead a high-performing team, and strengthen relationships with client publishers. This role offers the opportunity to support independent publishers to grow their business and global reach. At Ingram, our publisher-facing business offers more than just traditional wholesale services. Ingram Publisher Services offers fully integrated and relevant solutions for independent publishers. Comprised of digital and physical book distribution, sales, and marketing services, this part of Ingram's business helps publishers discover more ways to connect with readers across the globe. Based in Minneapolis, Nashville, New York, and other locations, our teams are collaborative, innovative, and passionate about the business. Hiring Salary Range: $145,000 - $162,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
