We are seeking a General Labor - Production team member to join our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As a General Labor - Production associate, you will be responsible for forming product units to specification, monitoring quality throughout the production process, and maintaining sanitary conditions in compliance with GMP and safety standards.

• Shift: 2nd
• Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Weekend Availability: Required

• Hourly Rate: $18

• Form product units and slice tops to specification.
• Monitor product quality on Rheon line, proofer boards, oven exit, and packing areas.
• Align product on proofer plates and cooling conveyors for efficiency.
• Perform general sanitation of proofer, oven, and packing areas.
• Assist Oven Operator with process control of proof box and oven.
• Monitor controls and batch containers to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Verify targeted units per proofer plate and report mechanical issues promptly.
• Maintain organized and safe workstations and communicate dough conditions to lead.
• Adhere to Lockout/Tagout procedures and GMP standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Ability to write clearly and legibly and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to participate in meetings and respond well to questions.

• Prior experience in a bakery or food manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with GMPs and safety protocols.
