Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) and NYC Health + Hospitals' Division of Enterprise Clinical Operations are seeking an accomplished and operationally focused System Director to support systemwide clinical initiatives and drive measurable improvements in healthcare operations and program implementation. PAGNY, a multispecialty medical practice group, staffs several municipal hospitals and clinics within New York City through an affiliation agreement with NYC Health + Hospitals. PAGNY's Corporate staff provides administrative, practice management, and human resources services in support of nearly 4,000 clinical providers. Wages and Benefits include: Annual Base Salary: $250,000* - $400,000* based on medical specialty and clinical/administrative experience. The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $275,000** and $436,000**, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below:
