Equipment Mover/Garbage Truck Driver (Shift Varies)

Job Description

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour.

• Move equipment for cleanup and set up crews as required.
• Pick up and deliver parts, supplies and equipment to Crews.
• Maintain Truck in a clean and safe condition.
• Complete daily pre and post-trip inspections and reports. Adhere to all safety and disease prevention regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a Class A driver's license.
• Must have and maintain a clean DMV driving record.
• Must have 1 year of experience driving Class A Trucks, dump trailers preferred.
• Must be able to climb a 14-foot ladder to roll a tarp from the top of the truck.
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends, evenings and nights, and/or holidays if necessary; further, must be able to adjust starting/stopping times if schedules change.
• Must be capable of performing physical labor (bending, stooping, shoveling, and lifting 60 lbs.)
• Must have good English communication skills both verbal and writing.
• Must have good time management skills, and ability to work unsupervised.
• Ability to always abide by all biosecurity and safety guidelines.
• Ability to be a certified forklift and tractor driver
