Minor League Data Tracking Operator

As part of Technology Operations, the Minor League Data Tracking Operator will work out of the Phoenix, AZ training complex to help ensure high-quality data collection and assist with operating numerous technologies for the Brewers Complex and Player Development needs.

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

Assist with on-field data and video collection as well as operate baseball technologies such as Trackman, Blast, HitTrax, Edgertronic, and Trajekt for all that takes place at the Brewers complex during Spring Training, Extended Spring Training, Arizona Complex League season, with the possibility of extension through Instructional league.
• Ensure accurate, high-quality data collection and output for necessary practices, games and workouts using KinaTrax.
• Collaborate with Technology Operations Leadership to review, edit, and catalogue amateur and international scouting video for priority players.

The ideal candidate will have one or two years of experience in collegiate or professional athletics, as well as a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and on a deadline. Candidates with previous baseball technology familiarity and experience are preferred.
