The Position: Mark- One Solutions is currently looking for a part-time3D Printing Farm Technician. This role will be working in the afternoon or evenings, up to 30 hours per week. Overview: We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented3D Printing Farm Technicianto support daily operations of a growing 3D printing production environment. No prior 3D printing experience is required. Training will be provided. Candidates must have basic IT skills, strong attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to learn new technology quickly. Responsibilities: Monitor multiple 3D printers to ensure continuous and successful production. Perform routine maintenance: cleaning print beds, replacing nozzles, loading filament, and calibrating equipment. Identify and troubleshoot common print issues, restarting failed jobs as needed. Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and quality. Package completed products for shipment, including labeling and preparing outgoing orders. Ship orders using standard carriers and company processes. Assemble and build racks, shelving, and organizational systems as needed to support production. Track materials and filament inventory; assist with restocking and preparation. Maintain documentation for print jobs, maintenance, and production workflow. Maintain a clean, organized, safe workspace. Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members about production status, issues, and process improvements. Education & Experience Basic IT competency (comfortable with computers, device connections, simple software interfaces, basic troubleshooting). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality. Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to ~40 lbs. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
