We are looking for a contract Occupational Nurse they must possess the medical qualifications and professional competence of an occupational nursing professional and hold an active license in the state of Pennsylvania.(minimum LPN). Must maintain current CPR training, have basic computer skills, possess the ability to interact well with people at all levels, must be neat and clean in appearance, Must be reliable and discriminating to uphold confidentiality of medical information and records. Must be tactful, personable, trustworthy, and courteous in dealing with all categories of people, and must be emotionally stable to work under pressure.

Candidate must possess a working knowledge of basic ergonomic principals and related soft tissue injuries and cumulative trauma disorders, modern disability management and return to work techniques, Vitro and OSHA hazard communication requirements, hearing conservation and audiometric testing as well as Industrial Hygiene sampling and reporting requirements.

The Occupational Nurse is responsible for providing cost effective in-house employee health services including medical surveillance, disability management, wellness, competent emergency medical treatment, workers compensation case administration, and medical records administration in a professional manner. The Industrial Nurse performs numerous clerical duties and other related duties. This position is responsible for directing and coordinating occupational and non-occupational medical management activities for Vitro employees.
