Overview Planned Systems International (PSI) is an Enterprise IT services company who focuses on designing, building, securing, and operating cutting-edge software solutions that drive mission success and operational excellence for Federal Government organizations. PSI is currently seeking a Robotics Engineering Intern for Summer 2026 to support the design, development, testing, and integration of robotic systems and automation solutions. Working alongside experienced engineers, the intern will contribute to hands-on projects focused on mechanical design, sensors, controls, embedded systems, and system validation. This role is ideal for a student who is eager to apply classroom knowledge to real-world robotics challenges. Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities
Assist in the design and prototyping of robotic components, subsystems, and mechanisms.
