Hours & Pay:

• Part-time, 2-4 days per week (Tuesday-Wednesday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, sometimes until orders are complete)
• $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience

Daily Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, wrap, pack, and ship customer orders
• Manage inventory, including packaging supplies and labels
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Prioritize tasks to meet daily deadlines while ensuring quality and accuracy
• Assist in process improvement and problem-solving for smooth operations

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience using Google Docs and Google Sheets
• 1 year of online order fulfillment experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Cheerful, dependable, and able to work collaboratively in a drama-free environment
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 30-40 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to anticipate needs and think 2-3 steps ahead

Physical & Work Environment:

• On your feet for most of the day
• Able to lift and move packages up to 40 pounds
• Fast-paced environment with seasonal fluctuations in order volume
