Policy Issue Associate

Staffmark in Columbia, TN, is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Policy Issue Associate for a reputable local insurance company. Pay Rate: $15.00/hr

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

In this role, you will handle fundamental life insurance policy modifications, process premium payments, and provide support to our network of appointed insurance agents. Your main responsibilities include communicating with agents via phone and email, necessitating exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficient data entry and computer abilities. While prior experience in the life insurance industry is not mandatory, comprehensive training will be provided on-site by the company.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate Data Entry
• Application of Life Insurance Premiums
• Delivering Exceptional Service to Agents and Clients
• Adherence to Confidentiality Protocols Established by the Company
• Printing, Binding, and Preparation of Policy Contracts for Mailing

The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in basic computer operations and strong telephone etiquette. Effective time management skills, the ability to follow instructions diligently, and an aptitude for problem-solving are essential. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate the capacity to work independently. Entry-level applicants with clerical experience and data entry skills are preferred.
