Hours & Pay

• Pay Rate: $23.00-$24.00 per hour
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Employment Type: 90-day temp-to-hire

What You'll Do

• Lead daily activities of the material handling team, overseeing inbound, outbound, and internal material movement
• Assign tasks and guide team members on proper material flow, handling procedures, and safety protocols
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading materials
• Monitor inventory levels, support cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain accurate documentation such as material logs, inventory records, and shipping reports
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy or damage and escalate issues when needed
• Partner with Purchasing, Production, and Inventory teams to ensure materials align with production schedules
• Train and mentor team members on GMP standards, warehouse safety, and operational best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow, reduce waste, and support lean initiatives
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, cGMP, and internal safety and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
• Assist with special projects such as equipment moves, facility reconfigurations, or seasonal inventory changes

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or shipping and receiving
• Prior experience leading or mentoring team members
• Strong understanding of inventory control, material flow, and warehouse safety
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with GMP-regulated environments preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift required materials as part of daily operations
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally
