Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Tempe, AZ. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations, which may include skilled handwork or utilizing automated production equipment.
- Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms, and documents.
- Determines or follows methods and sequences of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.
- Makes setups and adjustments, holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
- Entry-level support individual contributor.
- Explains facts and practices related to the job area.
- Works with close supervision on routine tasks.
- Detailed instructions are provided, and close peer review is needed.
- Communicates with contacts typically within the team on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach an agreement.
- Work is structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
- Follows established processes to complete tasks.
- Escalates issues to the supervisor for resolution.
- Works to achieve operational targets within the job area, which has minimal impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
- Work is of limited scope, typically on smaller, routine task-related activities.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $19.50/hr.
Hours: 980 Reg - 1st shift 5 AM - 2:30 PM.
Length: Temp (12 months).

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years of J-Standard soldering experience.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Associate Degree with 2 years of experience.
- Good hand/eye coordination - manual dexterity is needed as we will be working with glass products.
- Close attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to perform basic functions on a PC/Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills.
- Teamwork-oriented.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision if needed.
- Ability to make quality decisions quickly.
- Patience.
- Experience handing small products/microchips (part is no larger than a quarter in diameter).

- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
