Job Description Supervisors oversee practicum efforts at the school site and play a key role in mentoring and supporting preservice teachers. This position involves close collaboration with classroom teachers and active engagement with preservice teachers through observation, feedback, reflection, and seminars. Responsibilities Observe preservice teachers in classroom settings. Engage preservice teachers in reflective conversations about instruction. Participate in and support practicum seminars. Provide written feedback on lesson plans and reflective assignments. Education Requirement Degree in an education-related field. Qualifications Prior elementary teaching experience required. Experience mentoring or supervising preservice teachers preferred. Strong communication, observation, and feedback skills. Supervisor must have held a teaching license in the United States.
