Summary:

The Postdoctoral Research Fellow I is a member of the Movement Disorders & Stroke Research team. In this role, you will be responsible for the acquisition, rigorous analysis, and presentation of clinical and research data using statistical, algorithmic, mining, and visualization techniques. You will:

  • design experiments

  • collects data

  • tests hypotheses

  • builds models

  • conducts data analysis

  • prepares scientific manuscripts and grants.

In addition to advanced analytic skills, you will also be proficient at programming specialized software tools for the analysis of large datasets of clinical and research data.

Education and Experience

  • Demonstrated expertise in data collection, data processing, programming, and statistical methods; the collection and analysis of complex clinical and research data; identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts; and expertise of programming languages; scientific productivity.

  • Doctorate degree in a related field
