As a Mechanical Assembler based in Morgan Hill you will have responsibility for performing electro-mechanical assembly, including basic soldering, chassis assembly, and final instrument integration. Also responsible for performing various product testing and verification.

Key Responsibilities include:

• On Time Delivery
• Return Rate (internal/external)
• First Pass Yields
• Inventory Accuracy
• Cycle Time Improvement
• This position will be reporting to the Production Manager based in Morgan Hill

Requirements:

• Be able to move large test equipment (approximately 50 pounds)
• Good aptitude for mechanical assembly (1-2 years' experience preferred)
• Can read assembly drawings and procedures, including Anritsu workmanship standards
• Have good attention to detail
• Various soldering processes
• Understanding of Kanban processes

The annual base salary range for this position is $22/hr - $26/hr. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
