What you will be doing... Your IMPACT



  • Prepares litigation holds, responses to discovery requests and subpoenas; coordinates with the legal team and outside counsel regarding the timely submission of discovery; and coordinates witness statements and depositions.
  • Supports insurance and risk management functions, including policy reviews, claims coordination, and ensures vendor certificates of insurance compliant with contract requirements.
  • Assists with special projects, including presentations and reports for stakeholders and the Board of Directors.
  • Prepares legal documents, including leases, deeds, contracts, and board resolutions.
  • Assists with ordering real estate surveys for owned real property.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.


What we are looking for...

You will need to have:



  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to work in office setting
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Professional demeanor; ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization and externally
  • Proficiency in MS Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint


Even better if you have:



  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 5+ Years previous paralegal support, supporting litigation
