Job Description As an Account Implementation Analyst, you'll lead the charge in delivering custom benefits for large employer groups within key customer segments. You'll be responsible for activities that support the entire sales lifecycle, ensuring smooth implementation of benefits, eligibility, and administrative services. Acting as the primary point of contact for custom product accounts in the sales pipeline, you'll collaborate closely with internal teams to create exceptional client experiences.
