Intercollegiate Athletics Job Description
Position Summary Reporting to the Chief Recruiting Officer, the Director of College Scouting will oversee the evaluation of junior college and college transfer prospects, identify potential additions to the program, and provide strategic insights to support recruiting and roster planning. This role collaborates closely with coaching staff, recruiting operations, analytics, and compliance to ensure data-driven decision-making and competitive roster construction across the entire football program. Key Responsibilities 1. College Scouting and Prospect Evaluation (40%)
2. Recruiting Strategy and Communication (25%)
3. Analytics, Data, and Reporting (15%)
4. Staff Leadership and Training (10%)
5. Compliance and Program Support (10%)
Shift
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; Nights, Weekends, and Travel as required. Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in related/ relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a NCAA Division I football program. Anticipated Hiring Range
