We're making a long-term commitment to the Tallahassee real estate market-and we're looking for a proven Loan Originator to lead that growth.

This is a rare opportunity to grow the real estate market in the area without starting from scratch. We've been in the Tallahassee market before, are well-regarded by local builders, and have the balance sheet, pricing, and underwriting flexibility to win. What we haven't had is a dedicated originator focused on owning this market. That's where you come in.

What We Offer

• 6-Month Guaranteed Ramp Pay of $4500/ month with Incentive Offset
• $24,000 - $33,000 base annual salary, dependent on experience

• Real estate lending is a top 2 portfolio priority for our Credit Union

What You Will Bring

Education

• Bachelor's Degree OR
• Achievement of formal certifications, specialized certification or licensing recognized in the industry

Experience

• 4 - 7 years of similar or related experience
• Mortgage industry experience required
• A demonstrated producer with a strong track record
• Proven ability to build, expand, and sustain a strong book of business
• Deep understanding of and connection in the Tallahassee market (builders, brokers, developers, real estate agents)
• Focused on impact and growth-not titles or hierarchy
